Our Team
Lian Chin Chiang is a private equity professional with more than twenty years of experience, including in legal, investment and healthcare sectors.
Lian graduated with Bachelor of Law from National University of Singapore and has practiced in top tier Singapore, British and US law firms. He also has a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Michael Sidaway
Michael Sidaway is an Executive Director of Rivulets Investments, a home-grown Singaporean fund management company.
He has 15 years of experience in investment management and advisory, and holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Michael Tan
Michael Tan has acquired diverse accounting experience in various industries over 25 years of practice as a financial accountant. His notable previous roles included: Deputy to Financial Controller of WEA, a Warner Music company, and Head of Accounts Department of National Oxygen Pte Ltd, a joint venture between Japan and Singapore listed companies.
He is one of the pioneers of Healthstats, having been with the company since its inception.
Finance Manager
Vencel Gyulai oversees the Research and Development team. He is a full stack hardware engineer with almost 10 years of experience in the medical device industry. In addition, he was also a senior research engineer in charge of developing algorithms and data analysis. Vencel holds a Master in Science of Computer Science and a Master in Science of Biomedical Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He is a Maker with an engineering mindset and interdisciplinary background.

Serene Chang
Serene Chang has in-depth knowledge of the company's star product BPro. She joined Healthstats as a Research Engineer after graduating from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In her 10 years at Healthstats, she has filed 2 patents as co-inventor of a medical device/technique, and supported multiple functions including product testing, clinical trials, product registration and sales and marketing activities.
