HealthSTATS has just been awarded the Winner of the Most Important Technology Development in BioSciences at the BioMedical Asia 2008 Industry Awards. The award was presented by the Senior Minister for Trade and Industry, Mr. Iswaran.
Dr Ting Choon Meng, Chairman of HealthSTATS received the award on behalf of the company. The award recognizes the company for its new technologies for measuring ABPM and central aortic pressures that has the ability to change the way medicine is currently being practised.

R&D collaboration to develop an integrated wireless wearable biomedical device for monitoring blood pressure
Singapore, 29 November 2007 – The Institute of Microelectronics (IME), a research institute of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), has entered into a Research Collaboration Agreement (RCA) with a homegrown biomedical pioneer, HealthSTATS International Pte Ltd, to develop a wireless signal conditioning ASIC for biomedical applications. The collaboration is supported by SPRING Singapore’s Technology Innovation Programme (SPRING TIP).
